Kakobuy Product Link Not Working? Find the Item Again
When a product link stops opening, save the details you still have before starting a new search. A product ID, exact title and selected option can help you find the item again—or choose a replacement without accidentally switching size or style. Begin with the item, then work out which part of the link needs attention.
Keep a small recovery note
Copy the old URL, product title, product ID and any source-item ID you can see. Add a screenshot of the item and the option you intended to buy. These details give you more to work with than a shortened link or a photo alone.
For example, find 5747 is titled “Nike Air Force 1 '07 Classic Leather Sneakers White” and points to source item 7645619683. The local find number and source-item number identify different parts of that path. Keeping both helps you recognise the right listing when titles are similar.
Follow the branch that matches the problem
- The old find page will not open
Search this site's product finds by product ID—for example, 5747—or a distinctive title phrase, or return to the relevant category. Compare the result's product ID, photos and options with your note before following its product link.
- The find opens, but its destination fails
Copy the destination URL exactly and try opening it directly. Check for a truncated address or an extra character from a pasted message. Read any message on the destination itself; a removed item, a temporary loading problem and an account prompt call for different next steps.
- The product opens, but an order tool rejects the link
You already have a usable product page. Move to the link-import and manual-request checklist with the full URL and item details, rather than replacing the product unnecessarily.

If you need a replacement, keep your requirements
Make a short must-have list: intended style, selected size label, colour and budget. Compare alternatives against that list instead of choosing the first similar thumbnail. An old screenshot is useful for describing the look you want, but the replacement's own options need to match your order.
Find 4227, for instance, has its own source-item ID, colour/style choices and numeric size menu. Treat it as another listing to compare, not an automatic replacement for 5747. The similar-listing comparison guide helps you decide what to check side by side.
Once you have a suitable item, save the working URL and the exact option labels together. That makes the next step—asking a question or placing an order—far less dependent on remembering which nearly identical link you chose.
